I am offering an opportunity.

To look inside yourself with new eyes and see what I can see.

It’s complicated in there.

And so beautiful.

Do you remember who you are?

Many are remembering.

Do you hold what you love fiercely in the center of your being?

Or has it become buried beneath ideas of how life should be?

Can you look fear in the eye and laugh?

It takes some practice

And diligence.

It requires some strength of attention.

And a playful attitude.

I care.

I think you do too.

Let’s take a small piece of time

And carve out a masterpiece of health.

Or at least get it started.
