Next Generation

I can’t stop 

Her pain.

Though I will certainly

Try.

I know she is 

Strong.

Stronger than I.

Different than I.

She has carried my 

pain at times.

Without my conscious

consent.

I will trust Life

with her.

For she has always 

shown greatness.

I will cherish our moments

with gratitude.

Hoping her way is

a better future.

Do I still have wisdom

To share?
