My pool of mind

Is not still today.

The upheaval generated

From my heart,

I have lost connection

To feeling love.

My mind scrambles

To make it better.

Searching the evidence

Of the days events,

This person, she was the one

Who caused all of this.

Is that true?

It’s because you showed

Your weakness.

Is that true?

Hush, beautiful mind

I will ask for help.

Please help.

I sense a heaviness in my

Heart center,

Not mine,

Not hers,

Please help.

I will calm the pool and wait

The heaviness lifts

My heart raw underneath.

Am I loved?

An ocean of love swells

Through my heart.

Oh, so loved.

Now, that is true.
