In this moment—
what do you feel?

Get out of your
trying to understand,

and feel.
Just do that.

Feeling is like
listening to your cells.

Everyone has cells—
they talk.
Everyone can feel something.

Playful curiosity works best:
"Hi! How are you today, body?"

But soft, neutral acceptance
will work just as well.

What do you feel?
What are the flavors of that feeling?

Do your cells have anything
they're trying to communicate?

Can you understand
what they’re trying to say?

If you tend to hold emotions
and sensations for other beings,
you may want to ask your cells:

"Is this message for me?"

Feeling can be delicious.
Do you remember your last moment of delicious?

Feeling can also be painful,
scary,
hard.

Let it flow through you.
Don’t hold it too tightly.

Feeling is like listening to a song—
Are you replaying the scary part over and over?

Point your feeling toward something new:
trees,
rocks,
sunshine,
flowers,
dirt...

There is so much around you
that feels really, really good.

Feel again.
