My mind races,

Playing every file.

There must be

An answer somewhere in here!

Searching every past experience

For relief of this feeling.

But each file with this feeling

Only adds to the pile,

Until I’m sitting inside of

A big and unhappy mess.

This is not solving anything!

I need to De-Solve this clutter.

Can’t see past my mind,

I have to let it go.

Drop into the space of

Listening.

Feeling the surges of

Discomfort from my body rise.

How can my body

Help me with this?

I am restless and numb

Want to move.

Find Music.

Dance.

Stretch.

Push.

Feel.

Cry.

Rise.

Empty.

What else is possible?
