Be Low

Expansion.
Inhalation and generation.
Contraction.
Exhalation and release.
In between
The ins and outs.
There is a pause.
A place of stillness.
At the top of
Our in breath,
There is a charge on
The stillness.
Like holding protons
In a jar.
Excitement, pleasure,
Arousal, possibility.
At the bottom of
The exhale,
A drop into emptiness,
Dark like underground.
Feeling life fall away
Just a little,
Diving down into that
Darkness,
I just want to
Be Low.
This low point is the most
Fertile ground,
To plant a new seed
Of consciousness.
Inhale.
Hold the possibility.
Exhale.
Drop into the stillness.
Plant your
Seed.
