Focus change
In which taking care of
My own needs
Must come first.
In order to allow me the
Bandwidth
To continue giving at my
Full capacity

Walks in nature with my dog are
4 Me.
Eating garden fresh plants is
4 Me.
Sleep, oh sweet sleep, is
4 Me.
Hot baths and sweet passions
4 Me.
Gratitude for this day
