Naturopathic Physician, Certified Medical Intuitive , Reiki Master
My path didn’t begin with my medical degree—it began barefoot, off-grid, in rural Montana.
I was the second of four children, raised in a two-bedroom house warmed by a propane stove and the steady rhythm of sunrise and sunset. We bathed with bucket-heated water, raised our own food, and grew up alongside a dream—my parents’ 12-year project to build a solar underground pyramid house. I learned to feel everything: the texture of icicles, the recognition of divinity in a single flower, the heat of the sun through bay windows, the scent of snakes, and the magic of spirit.
At age five, after a traumatic injury and surgery, I had a near death experience and got in touch with my angel. Life—and spirit—has a way of calling us to our purpose.
When I was seventeen, my aunt Rae asked me to heal a lump on her shoulder. I didn’t know how. But I prayed to the unknown for help, placed my hands over her skin, and watched it disappear. That moment opened a door I couldn’t close.
From that moment on, I followed the call. I became a Reiki Master at eighteen. I studied massage therapy, practicing for 18 years and teaching anatomy, physiology, and bodywork techniques along the way. And, through thousands of hours of hands-on healing, I remembered how to feel again.
I earned my Bachelor's in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Montana State University and my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences. My training includes IV nutrient therapy, Psychoneuroimmunology, Homeopathy, Craniosacral Therapy, SomatoRespiratory Integration, and Reiki.
But more than any credential, what’s shaped me most is the privilege of walking with thousands of people through their pain, transformation, and reclamation.
I come from a long line of healers. I’m a spiritual artist and empath with a gift for seeing the beauty in others and playfully navigating, with Spirit, the landscapes of the soul. My work isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reminding people of their power, their wholeness, and their connection to something greater.
I teach Energetic Anatomy Lessons to help inspire awe and love for the body. I offer a weekly EmBody Our Evolution report, publish poetry, and my Power Up Oracle Deck has sold out. My first book publishing is on the horizon.
My mission is to build healing communities and help change the face of medicine—one empowered soul at a time.
When I was twelve, I asked the universe what I was here to give. The answer was simple: self-esteem. It didn’t feel glamorous, but it felt true. Self-esteem is the root of everything: health, love, authenticity, and transformation. My work is about helping people remember how to love being themselves.
Because when we do?
We evolve and heal.
Together.
